Terms of Use
1. The contract
These terms are the contract between you and the ShadowGrab operator for the website at shadowgrab.com and for the Windows build placed on your account. The price is $50 once. Payment, withdrawal, repair, replacement, and refunds are set out on the refunds page. Those rights apply if you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, and they are not reduced by anything else in these terms.
Contact: [email protected].
2. What ShadowGrab is
ShadowGrab is a Windows program for one computer. Your personal build is prepared for your account. This website is not a media host, and ShadowGrab is not affiliated with the platforms listed on the site.
3. Acceptable use
Use ShadowGrab only for lawful purposes, and only with content you own, have paid for, have permission to download, or that the law allows. You are responsible for complying with the law where you are, including copyright. Do not resell the build, share the zip, or use the program to break into an account or a computer that is not yours.
4. Age
The program can reach adult-content platforms. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and that viewing that material is legal where you are.
5. The build
A paid build is for one computer and stays on the account that paid. A free build can be placed on an account without the $50 payment. Third-party sites change, so a particular site or feature can stop working. ShadowGrab will repair or replace a build that does not match the description on this website, as the refunds page states.
6. Accounts
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Use an email address you control. Do not send passwords, session cookies, or private media through the live chat. ShadowGrab can close an account that is used to abuse the site or other people. Closing the website account does not by itself delete a build already downloaded to your computer.
7. Liability
ShadowGrab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data you stored only on your own computer, or a third-party site changing, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for the consumer remedies on the refunds page.
8. Complaints
Email [email protected]. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK and a refund or repair dispute is not settled, you can use the consumer dispute process in your country of residence, including the European Commission's online dispute resolution site at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
