Who you are buying from
ShadowGrab is sold by its operator. The price is $50 once, for one personal Windows build for one computer. You pay that price in Solana (SOL) to the address published on this website. Network fees charged by your wallet or exchange are separate and are not collected by ShadowGrab.

What you receive
After the payment is matched to your account, ShadowGrab prepares a personal build and places the protected zip on that account. This is digital content made for your account. It is not a subscription.
Withdrawal right for customers in the EU and UK
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days to withdraw from this purchase and receive the $50 back.
That right ends early only when both of these are true: before you mark the payment, you expressly agree that ShadowGrab starts your personal build immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once that build is placed on your account. The account page asks for that agreement before the payment can be marked. Once the build is on your account, the withdrawal right for that build has ended.
If the build is not on your account yet, email [email protected] within 14 days of marking the payment. Say that you want to withdraw. The $50 is refunded in SOL to the wallet that paid. The refund is the $50 price. It does not include network fees charged by a wallet or exchange.
If the build does not do what this site says
The build must match what this website describes: a Windows program for one computer, with the free version and the full lifetime build placed on your account after payment. If it does not run on that computer, or a described part is missing, email [email protected]. ShadowGrab will repair it or replace the build. If it still does not conform, the $50 is refunded. These remedies apply to consumers in the EU and UK and are not limited by the withdrawal section above.
Payment disputes
Email [email protected] before opening a dispute with a wallet or exchange. A dispute is not required to get a repair, a replacement, or the refund described on this page.
