Who is responsible
The ShadowGrab operator is the controller for personal information collected by this website. Contact: [email protected].
The program and this website
Files the program saves stay on your computer. Creating an account does not upload that library or your logins to other platforms. This policy covers the website account, the payment mark, the build placed on the account, and messages you send here.
What this website stores
Account: your name, email address, a one-way password hash, whether the email is verified, the terms version you accepted and when, and your account role. If you turn on two-factor authentication, its secret and recovery codes are stored encrypted.
Session: a sign-in cookie, and the IP address and browser data needed to keep the session secure. The cookie is required to stay signed in and to protect forms. It is not used for advertising.
Payment: the fact that you marked the $50 SOL payment, and the time. ShadowGrab does not take a card number. The SOL transfer is handled by your wallet.
Build: the protected zip placed on your account and its file name and size.
Messages: the name, email, and text you send through the live chat or the contact form, and staff replies on that thread.
Why, and the legal basis
The account, payment mark, build, and messages are used to perform the contract: to make the build, put it on your account, and answer you. Session records and abuse prevention are used for the operator's legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. Where a record has to be kept for a legal claim or a legal duty, that is the basis instead.
How long it is kept
The account and the build stay while the account is open. Payment and message records can be kept after that when needed to handle a refund, a dispute, or abuse, and are then deleted. Backups can hold an older copy for a short time.
Who else receives it
The site is operated from the operator's computer and is reached through Cloudflare. Support email is read by the operator. These providers process the information needed to deliver the site or the message and can process it outside your country. ShadowGrab does not sell this information. A public authority can receive it when the law requires that.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email [email protected]. ShadowGrab can ask you to prove the account is yours. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country. Deleting the website account does not remove files already saved on your computer.
